We’ll verify that you’re a past participant and your referred traveler is new to Aire Libre. Once verified, we’ll apply a $100 discount per referred traveler to the total due for the booking.

Once your referred traveler completes their booking, and successfully mentions your contact information we will notify you via email and issue a $100 credit. This email will serve as your record of the credits.

These credits can be used towards future bookings with Aire Libre.

You can cash in as many credits as you’d like towards a new booking of any Retreat or Getaway only. If you have more credits than the total value of the trip, the remaining credits will carry over to future travel. Credits used toward a booking that is later canceled are forfeited.*

Please note that credits are valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue and are non-redeemable for cash. They can only be used towards Retreats or Getaways offered by Aire Libre. Credits cannot be applied to any other Aire Libre products or services.

No,  you do not need to travel with the people you refer. You and your referred friends can each use your respective referral credits for separate experiences or bookings. This allows both parties to enjoy the benefits of the referral program independently.

1.3 To participate in the Program, you must fill up the sign-up form provided by Aire Libre to register as a referrer.

2.1. Referrals must be new travelers to Aire Libre, meaning they have not previously booked any Retreats or Getaways with the Company.

2.4. Eligible referrals will receive an email notifying them that they are eligible to participate in the Referral Program. The email will contain the referral code that they can start using to refer others and earn rewards.

Referral Discounts:

3.1. For each eligible referral made by a referrer, the referred friend will receive a $100 USD discount applied to their booking.

3.2. The referral discount is valid only for the first booking made by the referred friend.

Referrer Rewards:

4.1. Once the referred friend has completed their Retreat or Getaway with Aire Libre, and the referrer’s eligibility is confirmed, the referrer will receive $100 USD in credits.

4.2. Referrer rewards will be issued in the form of credits that can be applied towards future bookings with Aire Libre.

4.3. Referrer rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

4.4. Referrer rewards are non-transferable and can only be used by the referrer.

4.5 Credits are valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue and are non-redeemable for cash. They can only be used towards Retreats or Getaways offered by Aire Libre. Credits cannot be applied to any other Aire Libre products or services.

General Terms:

5.1. The Program is subject to modification or termination by Aire Libre at any time without prior notice.

5.2. The Company reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior related to the Program.

5.3. Aire Libre is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or technical issues that may affect the Program.

5.4. Participants are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the receipt or use of referral discounts or rewards.

5.5 In case the referral cancels, the credit is withdrawn to the person who referred.

In the event that the referred person rolls out credit or cancels without the right to a partial or total refund, the person who refers keeps the credit.

5.6. The Company’s decisions regarding the Program, including eligibility, referral validity, and reward issuance, are final and binding.
By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
