About the experience

St. John’s is located on the easternmost tip of Newfoundland. Legendary for both its rolling green hills and abundant wildlife - while also home to the legacy of Irish, Basque and Viking cultural traditions. Small fishing villages meet the busy downtown streets. Ancient mountain ranges meet the Atlantic Ocean. We will sing and tell stories - and of course, enjoy a beer (or two). We will discover the city and the land by foot - just like the Islanders that call this place home.

Staying centrally located in St. John’s, we will venture to designated points in the city, as well as upon the East Coast Trail. Runs will take us across 30km of unique trails of the ECT - accompanied by sightseeing, yoga and meditation. Each day we will reward our runs with incredible local food and handcrafted beer.

Each day will be accompanied by yoga and meditation sessions designed to tap into the spirit of the land, the place and its magic.

All of our trips are designed to welcome hikers and runners of all fitness levels. We will assign different guides to groups of different levels so that no one is left behind. You will feel safe and comfortable throughout the trip whether you're a professional runner that wants to add these runs to your training, an amateur who wants to explore the world of trail-running or a casual hiker who wishes to challenge him- or herself while enjoying nature in a secure environment.
