"Oaxaca was a great backdrop and the food was great, but the relationships and time spent connecting deeply with everyone on the trip was more enriching for me. Our trip exceeded my expectations in so many ways!
- Todd Struble, participant in our November 2021 edition.
Join us in this running expedition into the heart of the Día de Muertos (Day of the Dead) festivities, a UNESCO "Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity"
One of Mexico’s biggest and most widely known traditions; a celebration filled with vibrant colors, traditional «Cempasuchil» flowers and ancient rituals in one of Mexico’s most sought-after destinations. A life-changing week filled with exceptional mountain running, top yoga and meditation classes, authentic Mexican cuisine, human connection and ancestral medicine. The state of Oaxaca is regarded worldwide as one of the best culturally preserved and most stunning places in Mexico due to the large variety of indigenous cultures that live in its vast and varied landscapes, and the degree to which their now world famous cuisine and ancient traditions have been preserved.

  • Night Run from Oaxaca City to Xoxocotlán cemetery to witness the preparations for Day of the Dead.
