Discover The World Through Running.

Ep.18
"MindWork Series"

with sanchia legister

“I like when life is magical and I like when there’s more to it than just this really hard and fast things, ideas and objects. Because there are some many unanswered questions and maybe will get some answers (maybe not in our lifetime), but I’m constantly having that little chat in my brain open and hoping to receive.”

— Sanchia Legister

The MindWork Series is a content collaboration with lululemon to explore movement as an entry point to mindfulness.  This second episode features guest Sanchia Legister, a runner, yoga teacher and an energy giver that works to bring diversity to mindful movement practices.

We talked about the importance of being present as a tool to look beyond the fast things that make us take life for granted and a path to change our perspective.

Enjoy!

About Sanchia

Sanchia Legister is a yoga teacher, runner, lululemon ambassador, and founder of Yogahood & Gyal Flex, London’s first hip-hop yoga and meditation event. Her energy and vibe helps bring people closer to wellbeing experiences as yoga and mindful running.

OUR HOST: ALEX DICKINSON

Alex Dickinson is a writer, runner, and a yoga and meditation teacher. He approaches running and yoga practice with a similar mindset—as ways to connect mind and body, explore internal and external landscapes, and simply feel better. He finds the pairing of the pursuits is greater than the sum of its parts. It’s his mission to share the gifts of these practices fairly and equitably, with a great deal of respect for the roots of the practice and those who have passed it down the generations.
